But most of the mistakes she discusses seem like obvious errors to avoid when you're reading through them. Hindsight is such a beautiful thing - and dim, too! Of course you wouldn't do that or didn't do that.
The truth is that everyone makes mistakes when starting a business. If we're lucky, we don't make too many, the ones we make are small, and we manage to correct and recover quickly. If we're not, we might make one of those critical mistakes that destroys our new venture.

Lack of focus and actually “implementing” the business plan
This is a great point, Sandy – there’s a big difference between writing a business plan and implementing it.
spending to much money on the wrong things,( unnecessary). You really need to think before you start spending for things for the business and think do i really need that!
