Win $25,000 by Using Technology to Better Serve Your Customers

Friday March 21, 2008
Dell Canada is once again on the lookout for small businesses (those with less than 99 employees) that have used Information Technology (IT) to improve their customers' experiences. Applications for the Dell Small Business Excellence Award have to be in by or on March 31st. The winner of the Canadian competition will receive $25,000 in Dell products and services, a day of sharing best practices at Dell and a chance to win the global competition with a top prize of $50,000 in Dell products and services. Nine Canadian finalists will receive Dell laptop computers.

So have a look at what your small business has done to improve your customers' experiences over the last year. If Information Technology has figured into that improvement, you should definitely enter the contest. If it hasn't, you've got some food for thought and maybe a chance at next year's contest.
