Good customer service increases sales.
The kind of customer service that you want when you walk into a store or visit a website thinking of buying something.

The kind of customer service that not only makes the sale the day of that visit, but makes future sales, too, as satisfied customers not only return to make more purchases at your business themselves, but pass around good word-of-mouth about your business that brings in other customers.

So knowing all this, why does it seem to be so hard to find?

Perhaps because as merchants, we get too busy and forget how important good customer service is.
