From the article: 7 Computer Ergonomics Tips
Ergonomics matter because our bodies were made to move, not to sit at a desk or computer workstation. And the way we work often makes a bad situation even worse. Even a few hours a day of desk work can cause health problems such as back pain, headaches, or carpal tunnel syndrome. Ergonomics, the science of work, teaches us how we can work in ways that are less stressful on the body, ways that allow us to work longer and more productively. Where Should Computer Desk Lights Be?

Where should the computer desk light be positioned to avoid glare? I play games a lot, and during the winter (only) I get a lot of headaches from the computer. The desk light I have is a Halogen light. There are glass balcony doors about four feet from my desk, and that is the only natural light there is in the room (living room). I have a MultiSync LCD 1565 NEC moniter.

Ergonomic Keyboard Is Key

I find that using an ergonomic keyboard really helps. I used to have a lot of trouble with my wrists but since I got a split keyboard, I have a lot less wrist pain.
