Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How do I bookmark or print a page within a featured link frame?

How do I turn off the Featured Link frame?

You can bookmark or print a web page just as you ordinarily would, and you can do it without removing the frame, as long as you click in the lower frame first. When you use the bookmark to return at a later time, your browser will take you to the page you bookmarked, and the About frame will no longer be there.

When you are visiting a page within a featured link frame, you can return to the About Small Business: Canada site either by using your browser's back button or by clicking on the "Back to the Topic Site" link on the left side of the frame.

You can turn off the frame by clicking on the "Turn off this top frame" link on the left side of the frame. When you use the bookmark to return at a later time, your browser will take you to the page you bookmarked, and the About frame will no longer be there.

About uses frames to help visitors navigate between our sites and others on the Internet. About's use of frames is in no way intended to represent these linked sites as part of About.

If you have problems with About's frames or if you simply dislike them and want to tell someone about it, write About and let them know. If you object to frames being used to link to your site, request removal.
